1. Shipping Locations
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to select countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Custom or large orders may require additional processing time.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Ground Shipping (3-5 business days) – Flat rate for domestic orders.
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) – Available at an additional cost.
- International Shipping – Costs vary by destination and will be calculated during checkout.
Fuel Injector Clinic partners with reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on domestic orders. This offer may exclude certain products, such as large injector kits or bulk orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Fuel Injector Clinic is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
9. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may result in additional shipping charges.
